You're halfway to Ocho with our seasoned chicken thighs (skin on and bone in!), deeply marinated with our signature spice blend and fresh jerk marinade! Defrost and ready to hit the grill - fire it up and picture yourself on sandy beaches with crystal blue waters.

NOTE: Raw chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165ºF and otherwise refrigerated or maintained at a temperature of less than 4 degreesC.

Add-on some of our wood-smoker blend for an extra flavour kit! Soak in water for at least 30 minutes - drain, seal (wrap tightly) in a foil package, puncture with a fork and place on your BBQ grill over hot flame, in the smoker box or in between your grills. Sear your chicken, then cover it on the grill until done!
